Davis J. Reilly

Mr. Reilly’s practice focuses on tort litigation defense with particular emphasis on areas of landlord-tenant litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He has defended actions involving products liability, premises liability, preschool facilities, industrial accidents, real estate and neighbor disputes. He practices in both California and Nevada state and federal courts and has tried several cases to jury verdict.

Mr. Reilly earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in Agribusiness with a concentration in Accounting in 2007. He attended Santa Clara University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2010.  While in law school, Mr. Reilly clerked for a prominent San Jose law firm specializing in the representation of Plaintiff’s in catastrophic personal injury matters.

Prior to joining the Bledsoe Law Firm, Mr. Reilly was a litigation attorney with a Lake Tahoe, Nevada law firm, where his primary practice area was general civil litigation.

Mr. Reilly relocated to the Bay Area in 2012 and joined the Bledsoe Law Firm. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the Nevada Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
