Jenna N. Lavigna

Ms. Lavigna earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology in 2014 from Loyola Marymount University, graduating magna cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2017, with a certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law.

During law school, as a second-year student Ms. Lavigna created the Moot Court Problem for a class of first year students and led them through their Moot Court Program. Ms. Lavigna participated in the USF Law mediation clinic, as well as the USF Law Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Clinic during her second year of law school. She also served as a junior staffer for the USF Law Review. During her third year, Ms. Lavigna served in an executive position on the USF Law Moot Court Board as the Internal Advocacy Director for the Moot Court Program. Before beginning her third year of law school, and for her post-bar position, Ms. Lavigna served as a Law Clerk at the San Mateo District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Lavigna joined the Bledsoe Law Firm in 2018 and has been a member of the State Bar of California since December 2017.
