Jocelyn S. Koo
Ms. Koo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 from University of California, Irvine, with majors in Cognitive Psychology and International Studies. She attended UC Davis School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2015 and was awarded the Public Service certificate and the Pro Bono certificate. Ms. Koo also received a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Basic Finance.
During law school, Ms. Koo served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Ms. Koo externed for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth D. Laporte of the United States District Court and clerked at the United States Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division. Ms. Koo also worked as a research assistant for Professor Donna Shestowsky, where she conducted research on procedural preferences in alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Koo joined the Bledsoe Law Firm in 2016 and is admitted to the State Bar of California. She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
