Mark W. Allen
Mr. Allen earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in Economics from the University of Oregon. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2013 where he served as the Managing Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review. While in law school he served as a judicial extern to former Federal District Court Judge Margaret M. Morrow and former Federal Magistrate Judge Oswald Parada, both from the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP, Mr. Allen worked for a law firm defending individuals in state and federal courts in both criminal and civil matters. His work focused primarily on legal research and drafting motions, writs and appeals, and representing students in all phases of disciplinary investigations and proceedings before university hearing panels and state court, including matters related to violations of Title IX.
