Jaclyn J. Flynn

After graduating from Santa Clara University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology, Ms. Flynn returned to her hometown of San Francisco to study law at Golden Gate University. During law school, Ms. Flynn interned at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and externed for the Honorable Susan Breall at the San Francisco Superior Court’s Juvenile Justice Center.   Ms. Flynn completed Golden Gate University’s Honors Lawyering Program and graduated in the top 5% of her class in 2014.

After being admitted to the State Bar of California Bar in 2014, Ms. Flynn handled probate guardianship cases pro bono through the Justice and Diversity Center at the San Francisco Bar Association.  Not only did this experience give Ms. Flynn the satisfaction of helping children receive the care and stability they need, but it also taught her invaluable lessons not taught in law school, from troubleshooting procedural issues to adapting to the unique styles of each judge. Ms. Flynn spent the next 5 years practicing family law around the San Francisco Bay Area, representing clients on a variety of issues related to parentage and divorce, including prenuptial agreements, child custody, child support, spousal support, and the valuation and division of marital assets. Ms. Flynn joined the Bledsoe law firm in the Fall of 2020.
