Jami I. Copeland

Ms. Copeland earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of West Los Angeles with a concentration in Paralegal Studies.   She attended Howard University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 1998 and graduated cum laude.  While in law school, Ms. Copeland earned a position on the Law Journal at Howard University School of Law and clerked for a prominent Los Angeles law firm specializing in the defense of clients involving complex litigation matters.

Ms. Copeland’s practice focuses on tort litigation defense with particular emphasis on areas of landlord-tenant litigation and catastrophic personal injury.  She has defended actions involving products liability, premises liability and real estate.   She practices in both California state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Bledsoe Law Firm, Ms. Copeland was a litigation attorney with a Los Angeles law firm, where her primary practice area was lemon law litigation.
