Jeffrey C. Schilling
Mr. Schilling is a San Francisco native who joined the Bledsoe Firm in 2019. In 1999, he graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern Studies. Mr. Schilling earned his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School.
During law school, Mr. Schilling was a student director of the Consumer Mediation Clinic. He was also an extern in the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he reviewed trademark applications for violations of the Lanham Act. Additionally, Mr. Schilling volunteered with Legal Counsel for the Elderly providing advocacy for low-income District of Columbia residents.
Mr. Schilling has been an active member of the State Bar of California since December 2007. Prior to joining the Bledsoe firm, Mr. Schilling worked on discovery matters for local and national law firms primarily regarding complex-litigation and white collar defense. Mr. Schilling’s current practice focuses on construction defect, and landlord-tenant disputes.
