Nico Syren is a Bay Area native. He grew up in El Cerrito, CA and attended the University of California Berkeley where he majored in Political Science. After undergrad, Mr. Syren worked as a paralegal for two years before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Syren had a variety of work and clinical experiences – he worked for Denton’s, an internationally recognized law firm in Europe; the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office where he honed in on his litigation skills; additionally he interned for USF’s Mediation Clinic and he developed his courtroom skills as an intern in USF’s Criminal Justice clinic.
Academically, Mr. Syren was selected as a Constitutional Law tutor due to his outstanding grades and advanced understanding of the subject matter. He also served on USF’s Moot Court counsel and was elected by his peers to be a member of the USF Student Bar Association.
Nico Syren was admitted to California State Bar in January 2021 and joined Bledsoe in February of 2021.
