Holly A. Graves

Holly Graves defends individuals, business owners, and property owners in all stages of litigation in civil defense matters including personal injury, premises liability, landlord-tenant, and neighbor disputes in both state and federal courts. Ms. Graves previously defended employers, including corporations, small businesses, non-profits, universities, and hospitals against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Ms. Graves returned to the Bledsoe firm in 2026 and has been a member of the California State Bar since 2019. She is also a member of the Washington, D.C. bar.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Graves was a pharmaceutical analytical chemist. During law school, Ms. Graves was president of the Student Bar Association and completed internships with the Honorable A. James Robertsone II of the San Francisco Superior Court, the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Division, and the Marin County District Attorneys’ Office.
