Emily E. Anselmo

Emily E. Anselmo is an associate at Bledsoe Diestel Treppa & Crane LLP.  Her practice focuses on general litigation, including personal injury and premises liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily spent a decade working as a civil litigator in the Bay Area. She has experience representing commercial and corporate entities, ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of civil matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and products liability cases.  Emily has extensive experience representing clients throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleading and motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation.  She has deposed hundreds of witnesses over the course of her career.  Emily consistently delivers a high level of service and dedication to every client and is committed to achieving a favorable outcome on their behalf.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of San Francisco.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she graduated with Highest Honors.

When she is not practicing law, Emily enjoys spending time at the beach, paddle boarding, tending to her kitchen garden, and cooking.  Emily lives on the Mendocino Coast with her husband and their three cats.
