Whitney T. Smith

Whitney Smith is an associate at Bledsoe Diestel Treppa & Crane LLP. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Ms. Smith is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smith spent 11 years at a preeminent Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Los Angeles working as a paralegal and then an associate. In this previous role, she represented plaintiffs in a wide range of high-value catastrophic personal injury matters including automobile collisions, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.

Ms. Smith graduated cum laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2018. In 2023, Ms. Smith was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in both Southern California and Mountain States. When she is not working to get the most favorable outcome for her clients, she can be found trying out new restaurants or exploring Southern California with her fiancé and golden retriever, Milo.
