

Ava Lau-Silveira
Ava Lau-Silveira is an Associate Attorney at Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP. She graduated with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor and staff writer on the GGU Law Review.
As a law student, Ms. Lau-Silveira received Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing and Research II, Contracts, and Evidence. She also received CALI Awards for Excellence in Legal Writing and Research I, Introduction to Depositions, and Appellate Advocacy. In Community Property, she earned both a Witkin Award and a CALI Award.
Ms. Lau-Silveira began her legal career at the Eviction Defense Collaborative, where she defended tenants from eviction. Prior to joining Bledsoe, Ms. Lau-Silveira was an attorney at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where she defended ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims.
Ms. Lau-Silveira has practiced in the areas of landlord-tenant law, disability law, and other complex litigation matters, including defending federal class action matters.
