Cassandra P. Francois
Cassandra P. Francois is an Attorney at Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP. She practices in general civil litigation, including personal injury, products liability, and premises liability.
Ms. Francois attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Minor Degrees in Anthropology and Business from the University of Florida. Afterward, she worked for different law firms in the areas of employment, bankruptcy, real property, personal injury, and intellectual property law.
Thereafter, Ms. Francois earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, she also clerked for the Probate Court, Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara under the late Honorable Thomas Wm. Cain. She graduated with a Pro Bono Recognition Award for her consumer protection work in anti-predatory lending with a community legal services organization.
Ms. Francois volunteered as an attorney with a non-profit office aiding the elderly in Santa Clara County. Subsequently, she established her own law firm for over three years focusing on premarital agreements, limited conservatorships, and wills, trusts, and estates. Later, Ms. Francois expanded her practice area to include business, construction, real property, wills, and trusts.
Ms. Francois is admitted to practice before all state courts in California as well as the federal court in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
