Deanna Kadkhodayan

Deanna Kadkhodayan is an Associate Attorney at Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP, representing individuals, business owners, and property owners in complex civil defense matters.

Ms. Kadkhodayan earned her J.D. with Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she concentrated in Trial & Appellate Advocacy and Elder & Health Law.  She holds her B.A in Medical Anthropology from the University of Southern California, where she conducted research in Botswana and Brazil.

During law school, Ms. Kadkhodayan gained hands on courtroom experience at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office, assisting with the arraignment, felony, homicide, and capital defense team. She also worked at the McGeorge School of Law Homeless Advocacy Clinic, providing trauma-informed legal services to vulnerable populations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kadkhodayan practiced plaintiff’s side civil litigation, handling personal injury and premise liability matters, gaining perspective on both sides of complex disputes. She also holds a California Real Estate License, giving her added insight into property related issues.

Today, she brings her diverse experience, empathy, and strategic insight to advocate effectively for her clients.
