Jordan E. Scott
Ms. Scott is an Associate who represents individuals, business owners, and property owners in civil defense matters. Prior to joining the Bledsoe firm, Ms. Scott litigated on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants throughout California in personal injury matters, specializing in the areas of catastrophic injury, public entity liability, toxic torts, and wrongful death. Ms. Scott has extensive experience in handling all aspects of cases through settlement and trial.
During law school, Ms. Scott clerked at a prominent plaintiffs’ law firm in Los Angeles, where she also worked after becoming an attorney, and advocated for students’ access to education as a certified law student within the Center for Juvenile Law and Policy at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Before law school, Ms. Scott was a Teach For America corps member and taught middle school math in the Mississippi Delta.
Ms. Scott returned to the Bledsoe firm in 2022 and has been a member of the State Bar of California since December 2014.
