

Julianna Cassara
Julianna M. Cassara is a California-licensed civil litigator with a dual background in law and business, and experience spanning insurance defense, international tax, emerging technologies, and cross-border legal work.
She brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her legal practice, holding both a J.D. and an MBA from Santa Clara University. During law school, Julianna served in a variety of leadership and editorial roles, including as an Associate and Editorial Board Member of Santa Clara Law Review (Vols. 60 & 61), a member of the Honors Moot Court Board, Vice President of the Tax and Estate Planning Society, and a Student Bar Association Representative. She was also an Academic Success Program Fellow and competed on the Honors Moot Court team. In recognition of her academic performance, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her Appellate Advocacy and Constitutional Law courses, and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellent in her Professional Responsibility course.
Before joining Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP, Julianna worked as an associate attorney at a civil defense litigation firm, where she represented clients in matters involving premises liability, professional accountancy malpractice, construction defects, personal injury, employment, and public entity defense. Her background also includes experience as an International Tax Consultant at Deloitte, as well as positions as a law clerk at a boutique Bay Area trust and estate firm, a legal intern training AI datasets to perform contract review, and a legal extern in business and FinTech law in Seoul, Korea.
During her free time, Julianna enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, and exploring new places with her dog, Marleau.
