Nima Mehranfar

Mr. Mehranfar is a Senior Litigation Associate with Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2021 after earning his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law). Prior to receiving his J.D. degree, Mr. Mehranfar attended the University of California, Davis receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Mr. Mehranfar joined Bledsoe in April 2026. Although relatively new to the firm as well as the profession, Mr. Mehranfar is already a seasoned litigator. He hit the ground running managing dozens of cases at a time at San Francisco’s Eviction Defense Collaborative (from intake to trial verdict and everything in between) and has not slowed down, having settled or taken to trial over one hundred cases since 2021.

Mr. Mehranfar specializes in all things litigation, including but not limited to taking and defending depositions, propounding and answering discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and most importantly, settling cases with terms most beneficial to the client. He has touched on many practices of civil law in his relatively short career as an attorney, but his true specialty is landlord / tenant disputes.
