Sam Quach

Sam Quach represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, managing all phases of the litigation process, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation. He has experience in employment law, business litigation, and regulatory compliance at prominent Bay Area law firms.

Sam has been a member of the State Bar of California since July 2019. He is currently a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley, where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair for the Membership and Mentorship committees.

He graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2019, where he served as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.
