Wing C. Dam

Wing C. Dam is an associate attorney at Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP. He concentrates his practice on real estate, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. He has extensive experience defending both individual and corporate entities at all stages of litigation, from inception to settlement or summary judgment.

Prior to joining Bledsoe, Wing was an associate at a prominent San Jose business litigation firm, where he navigated complex commercial disputes and real estate transactions on behalf of private investors and international corporations.

Wing received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2020. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, given to the highest scoring student in each law school class, in Torts as well as Legal Research and Writing. While in law school, he continuously honed his litigation skills through his internships at the Santa Clara Public Defender Office, the Katherine George & Alexander Law Center, and a boutique general practice in San Jose.

When not advocating for his clients, Wing enjoys mixed martial arts, running, cooking, and exploring the latest offerings of the vibrant food and beverage scene in the Bay Area.
