Bledsoe attorneys and staff recently joined other volunteers and Habitat for Humanity Great San Francisco to lend a hand in the construction of Habitat Terrace, a development of 28 detached single family homes in San Francisco’s Ocean View neighborhood. Members of the firm assisted with all aspects of construction.
About Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco
Habitat Greater San Francisco provides a hand-up, not a hand-out for families in desperate need of improved living conditions. Homeowners invest 500 hours of “sweat equity” to help build their own homes as well as additional time for homeowner workshops. Houses are sold to partner families at no profit and are financed with affordable, zero interest mortgages. About Bledsoe’s Commitment to Community Service
A steadfast commitment to community service has been a hallmark of the Bledsoe firm since our founding over 65 years ago. Many of our lawyers and staff volunteer their time to support a full range of causes in the community, as well as to causes that promote the administration of justice. Bledsoe was proud to lend a hand to this very worthy cause and is looking forward to a return visit to Habitat Terrace.
